About Slayden Tech Support LLC

Real help from a real person — technology explained the way it should have been all along.

The company

Slayden Tech Support LLC was founded in 2026 in Wagram, North Carolina, with a simple mission: give people tech help they can actually understand. Too many folks have sat through a repair or a setup where the "expert" talked in circles and left them more confused than before. This company exists to be the opposite of that experience.

We help local residents in person — computers, phones, printers, Wi-Fi, smart home gear, all of it — and we work with remote customers anywhere for software projects, troubleshooting, and online safety guidance. Whether it's a single frustrating afternoon with a printer or a full custom app build, you get the same treatment: a clear explanation, an honest answer, and work done right.

The founder

Bruce Slayden started Slayden Tech Support after more than a decade in operations and logistics, where he learned how to keep complex systems running and how to solve problems under pressure. When he moved into technology, he brought that practical mindset with him.

Bruce holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology with a networking focus and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a cybersecurity focus. That combination — hands-on operations experience plus formal training in networking, software, and security — is what shapes every job: technically thorough, but explained in plain English with zero jargon.

He's also a builder. Alongside client work, Bruce designs and develops his own software and mobile apps, which keeps his development skills sharp and his advice grounded in what actually works in the real world.

How we work

  • Plain English, always. You'll never get a shrug and a wall of acronyms. Every problem and every fix is explained in words that make sense.
  • Patient and unhurried. Especially for folks who didn't grow up with this stuff — there are no dumb questions here, and nothing gets rushed.
  • Honest about what's needed. If something isn't worth fixing, you'll hear that. If there's a simpler or cheaper path, you'll hear that too.
  • Security-minded. Passwords, accounts, networks, and devices are handled with your privacy and safety as a priority, not an afterthought.

Where we serve

We're based in Wagram, North Carolina, and serve local residents and surrounding communities in person. For software development, remote troubleshooting, and online safety help, we work with customers anywhere — distance is no barrier when the work can be done over a call and a screen share.
